Say hello to Zak Sixtos, appliance Expert with 9 years of experience in the field. After serving in the Army as a Combat Engineer, Zak had an opportunity to start working with Samsung branded appliances. Multiple years and major brand appliance certifications later, the rest was history.
Zak loves helping customers understand an issue, whether that means pulling in props over video chat to mimic how dishwasher drain loops work, or walking a member through breaking down a dryer. He advises members to be open-minded and always keep safety in mind.
When he’s not working, you’ll find Zak trail, enduro, or downhill mountain biking. No matter the appliance question, Zak brings calm, clarity, and serious know-how to every repair.
