Say hello to Ian Thomas, a Frontdoor plumbing Expert with 13 years of experience in the field. After apprenticing with his father-in-law at the local hardware store, Ian fell in love with plumbing. He still treasures the day he received the letter that he had passed his licensing exam and was an official plumber in the state of Illinois.
Passionate about the technical aspects of plumbing, Ian loves helping members understand how these complex and beautiful systems work (and how to approach them safely!). Nothing’s more rewarding to him than seeing the joy members feel when they find the solution.
