Say hello to Drew Leeland, an appliance repair Expert with 25 years of experience under his belt. Drew got into appliance repair through working at his father’s company, and his long career in the trade has been a way to honor his father’s memory.
In addition to multiple Samsung and Whirlpool factory certifications—and letters of exceptional service from customers—Drew’s philosophy in repair work is empathy first. There’s nothing more important than connecting to members person-to-person over their challenges and circumstances.
As a Master Technician, Drew’s technical chops are only matched by his kindness and his drive to make members feel comfortable and safe during repairs. When he’s not at work, Drew loves vintage automotive restoration, RC rock crawling and racing, and building motorcycles. When your appliance is on the fritz, Drew brings the skills to help get things running right again.
