Later, with a former business associate as partner, I owned and operated a 90 unit chain of wireless communication centers that expanded across four states. THERE IS SIMPLY NO PLACE IN THE WORLD LIKE THE BEACH CITIES OF SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA. From the beautiful coastline, to the trend setting, inovative spirit... California is the Place! I have lived and traveled many places, and it is here that I choose to make my home. Oh, did I mention the weather? How about 300 days a year of sunshine and spring like temperatures... Until recently, we did a pretty good job of keeping these secrets to ourselves and our small seaside villages went mostly unnoticed. However, the more recent popularity of the Orange County based surfwear industry, the success of our hi-tech industry, and the syndication of trendy shows like "The O.C." and "Laguna Beach"... well, the word is getting out. Dana Point and Laguna Beach now have some of the nation's finest resort hotels lining their shores. No more simply vacationing in LA and coming down for a day at "DisneyLand". Not any longer, the O.C. beaches are now destination playgrounds. Sound interesting to you? I know our coastal real estate markets and follow them daily.
