Miami's skyline is about to change dramatically, and to get you excited about her latest project, Zaha Hadid has debuted a ceiling-art installation showcasing her signature curved-line, futuristic look.

The installation is located inside Ten Museum, the sister property next door to the site for the new Zaha tower. It's directly across from Museum Park, home to the new Peréz Art Museum Miami and the Frost Museum of Science.

Including a state-of-the-art five-foot hologram of the tower, the installation features the latest in technology. Check out the photos below.

Scheduled to break ground in the spring of 2014, luxury condos at One Thousand Museum are already on sale. Units start at $5 million and some full-floor residences are expected to fetch close to $45 million.

Out-of-this-world amenities include a rooftop helipad and a sky pool with underwater views of Miami. Check out this video showcasing the tower's futuristic features.
