The aleros connect with interior spaces seamlessly via floor-to-ceiling window walls and custom-designed sliding-door systems.

Developer Alan Faena has teamed up with mega architects Norman Foster and Rem Koolhause to bring the Faena District to Miami Beach.

Dubbed the Faena House, the condo tower is designed to be aerodynamic, with wraparound terraces. The idea is to blend outdoor and indoor living spaces. Modeled after Argentinean “aleros,” you’ll be able to walk out onto your balcony and enjoy expansive views of the sparkling Atlantic Ocean. Plus, you’ve got miles and miles of white sand beaches right in your backyard.

Listed for a whopping $50 million, the penthouse is sure to attract the world’s wealthiest buyers. With five bedrooms and seven bathrooms, the total living space will be 18,253 square feet — including interior living areas, a private elevator, covered terraces and the private roof with a 30-foot-long pool.

If $50 million seems a little steep, smaller one-bedroom units are available as well. Oren Alexander of Douglas Elliman Development Marketing has the listing and is handling all sales for Faena House.
