The Tallest All-Residential Building in Miami
Rising 55 stories and 643 feet in the air, Echo Brickell is slated to be the tallest all-residential development in South Florida.
Architect Carlos Ott and yoo Studio are joining forces to design one of the tallest residential projects in Miami.
Located in the heart of Downtown Miami’s financial district at 1451 Brickell Avenue, one of the project’s most striking exterior features is a vast open-space cut-out through the middle floors of the tower. Rising over three stories in height, this open space will feature a full-floor pool deck nearly 300 feet off the ground. And this is really cool: Residents will be able to swim from one side of the building to the other.
The building will contain 28 opulent penthouses atop the highest floors of the tower; 70 percent of development is already reserved.
All units in Echo Brickell will feature 10- to 14-foot ceilings, Apple smart-home technology, Wolf stoves and custom hoods, Sub-Zero appliances and outdoor barbecues on eight-foot terraces. Other services and amenities include a cutting-edge robotic parking system, resort-style poolside service and a concierge who will be on hand to wait on residents 24/7.
