Park Your Car in a Sky Garage in Miami
Forget winding your way around a multi-tier parking garage at your condo tower. An automobile lift system at the Porsche Design Tower in Miami allows owners to park their cars next to their luxury residences regardless of the floor.
Construction has started on a new 60-story residential high-rise with 132 residences and numerous amenities. Gil Dezer, president of Dezer Development, and Juergen Gessler, CEO of Porsche Design Group, commemorated the groundbreaking of the iconic new tower last month, representing Porsche Design’s first foray into residential real estate.
Of course, everyone is talking about the sky garages. Who wouldn’t want to park their glistening Porsche 911 Turbo right next to their penthouse with sweeping views of the Atlantic Ocean? The system is a departure from the usual underground parking garages found at many large residential buildings.

Call the “car concierge” whenever you need a car wash, detailing, tire rotations and other maintenance services. It’s kind of like having a nanny for your vehicle.
The units range in size from 4,200 to 17,000 square feet and cost between $4.5 and $25 million. The Wall Street Journal reports that more than 50 percent of the residences are already under contract, so if you want a piece of the action, you better hurry.
