New Luxury Condo Project in Sunny Isles Beach

Developers broke ground on 400 Sunny Isles, a new luxury condo project located in Miami's Sunny Isles Beach neighborhood.

It's all about the location. The new development will sit on more than 600 feet of waterfront property. Located on 163rd Street just west of Collins Avenue, the condos are slated for completion in the summer of 2015 and will boast expansive water views from each unit. 

The project at 400 Sunny Isles features two towers, each with 20 floors for a total of 230 units. According to Key International Sales, 97 percent of the residences are under contract, leaving only six units available — so if you want in on the action you'd better hurry!

Sales Director Liliana Paez credits the fast sales to accessible price points ($800 per square foot) and the dwindling inventory in the area. The combination of the location and prices "prompted buyers, particularly those with boats, to get off the sidelines and take advantage of the tremendous waterfront value," said Paez. 

Every single one of the boat slips have been reserved at the development’s marina, the largest private marina in the area and one capable of accommodating mega yachts.

Varying in price from $725,000 to $3.7 million, the units range from around 1,200 square feet to 4,000 square feet. Residences will feature one-, two-, three- and four-bedroom layouts designed by architects Chad Oppenheim and Kobi Karp.
