New Development on Miami Beach Starts With a Sandcastle

A sandcastle marks the spot where construction has started on 321 Ocean, a new luxury condo development in the highly sought-after SoFi neighborhood.

Miami- and New York-based Aria Development Group celebrated the groundbreaking ceremony at 321 Ocean, followed by a reception at Estiatorio Milos in Miami Beach.

The development, designed by Mexican architect Enrique Norten, is comprised of 21 residences and emphasizes spacious layouts, green spaces and, of course, spectacular ocean views. 

Already at 80 percent sold, the remaining units at 321 Ocean include a couple of two-story beach villas ranging from 3,800 to 4,500 square feet and two spacious penthouses. 

Listed for $25 million, the Ocean Tower Penthouse has a whopping 13,000 square feet of interior and outdoor living space, plus:
