The affluent Williams Island neighborhood in Aventura is located in northeastern Miami-Dade County.

Developed by The Trump Group in the early 1980s, Williams Island is a secluded 84-acre peninsula in an exclusive enclave of Aventura. You'll notice the Mediterranean vibe as you drive past the entrance to the island and the marina.

Legendary actress Sophia Loren had a hand in designing the village and served as a consultant to the Trumps. Her inspiration came from Procida, one of the Flegrean Islands off the coast of Naples, in Southern Italy.

Bellini Williams Island, a 24-story boutique condo building, is the newest development in the neighborhood. Each residence comes with its own private elevator, 10- to 12-foot-high ceilings and spacious floor plans.

With its unique elliptical shape, all residents will have panoramic waterfront views. This development is the final piece in the completion of Williams Island.

The island has a history of hosting celebrity residents like the late Whitney Houston and former Miami Dolphins Head Coach Jimmy Johnson.

Island residents enjoy access to a 16-court tennis facility, swimming pool, 24-hour security, valet and a newly renovated spa. The Williams Island marina, spa and restaurants recently underwent a multimillion-dollar renovation.

We love the name of the new condo building on the island. Doesn't it make you want to sip on a Bellini and take in those fantastic ocean views
