Located at 350 Ocean Drive, Oceana Key Biscayne is the first U.S. project for Costantini, an Argentine art collector and real estate developer. Bernardo Fort-Brescia of Arquitectonica designed an all-glass, 14-story double tower that runs parallel to the beach for maximum ocean frontage. When completed in 2014, the condo development will be a gated community, including 500 feet of private beach. 

There are only 142 residences and 12 villas on the expansive 10.3-acre site, and there are three penthouses with private pools still available. Get ready to fork up some cash. Prices start at $17.5 million. 

The Yabu Pushelberg-designed lobby of soaring ceilings and distinctive art pieces will be staffed 24/7 by concierges. Indoor/outdoor resort-style amenities will feature a social lounge, a children’s playroom, a media room, a lap pool, a relaxation pool, and an expansive pool deck with cabanas, an adjacent restaurant and beach service.
