Known for it's luxurious hotels and high-end shopping, developers broke ground on the last remaining beachfront land in Miami's Bal Harbour neighborhood.
Oceana Bal Harbour is the second Miami-area residential development by Consultatio, an Argentinian-based development company. Founder Eduardo Costantini is also the mastermind behind Oceana Key Biscayne.
The 28-story all-glass structure will bring 240 luxury condos to Bal Harbour, with prices starting at $2 million. On the top floors, spacious penthouses will feature breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean.

Under white tents overlooking Bal Harbour beach, the ground-breaking ceremony began with a welcome speech by the Village of Bal Harbour’s Mayor Jean Rosenfield, who introduced Consultatio’s founder Eduardo Costantini.
Costantini shared his vision for Oceana and how the project will redefine the confluence of art and life featuring two larger-than-life sculptures by American artist, Jeff Koons.
Designed by architect Bernardo Fort-Brescia, the condo development will feature interiors by Piero Lissoni and landscape design by Enzo Enea. Developers are projecting completion for 2016.
