William Randolph Hearst's NYC Home: Solarium

The solarium was added to the apartment in the mid-1990s. Hearst bought the building in 1913 for $950,000 and expanded the three-story penthouse into a quintuplex — the largest apartment in New York City at the time. The quintuplex was later divided into smaller units. This is one of them.
