In 1913, Hearst built a quintuplex on the top floors of a Riverside Drive building. The quintuplex was later divided into smaller units, including this $38 million co-op.
A private elevator drops you off in the gallery, where you're greeted by an art deco staircase. To the left is the great room. To the right is the library, which has custom shelving and could easily be converted into a formal dining room.
