Waterfront Farmhouse in Historic Plymouth
The most famous account of the first Thanksgiving comes from this
coastal town, where the Pilgrims settled at Plymouth Colony in 1620.
After a harsh first winter, the settlers enjoyed a bountiful harvest in
1621 and held a three-day feast to celebrate. Ninety one Native
Americans were invited to the meal in thanks for their help with the
harvest. While this Plymouth home was built well after the first Thanksgiving, we still think it’s got a pretty cool history.
