Trey Anastasio

Trey Anastasio

A jam-band legend, Trey Anastasio is the guitarist, composer and lead vocalist for famed rock band, Phish. This northern Vermont home served as the performer's rural hideaway and think-tank, which for super enthusiastic "Phish-heads," could be considered sacred musical ground. The five-bedroom farm estate rests on 259 acres and boasts 3,926 square feet. It was built in 1812 as the Williams Hill Inn and has recently been fully renovated. With amazing views of Mount Mansfield and Camel's Hump, two of the highest peaks in Vermont, the property also features ponds, pastures and a scenic ten-mile trail system. Other improvements to the home include a fully-redesigned carriage barn with music studio and guest space as well as a custom-built pool.
