Nick Offerman, known for his role as manly, mustachioed parks director Ron Swanson, and
wife Megan Mullally, who has guest starred as Ron’s ex-wife Tammy, purchased the property in 2003. Mullally told Elle Decor in September 2010 that she took a hands-on approach to decorating.
