The Bond is a 44-story
luxury condo tower featuring 323 residences that are inspired by British-glam designs and a James Bond jet-setting lifestyle. Units include studios, one-, two-, and three-bedroom residences, as well as lofts and luxury penthouses. Ultra-luxe design materials include a stainless steel façade, hand-stitched
red leather and suede walls, glass ceilings and pinstriped marble floors. Part of an aesthetic intended to channel London’s legendary jet-set lifestyle of the 1950s and 1960s, the
building features iconic photos snapped by famed British photographer Terry O’Neill. Located at 1080 Brickell Avenue, in the heart of one of Miami’s Brickell Financial District, the project is slated for completion in the
summer of 2015.
