Sustainability Project Wayne N Aspinall Federal Building and US Courthouse, Grand Junction, Colorado

Architects:  The Beck Group. The $15 million project converted a 41,562-square-foot 1918 landmark  building into an energy efficient powerhouse and model for upgrading historic architecture. Sustainability: 123 kW roof canopy mounted photovoltaic array and GeoExchange system, variable refrigerant flow system, wireless lighting controls.
