The biggest thing for first-time homebuyers in L.A. right now is small lot subdivisions. The cool urban pads in Peak Place are experiencing smoking hot sales.
Kevin Wronske of Heyday Partnership, the company that built these homes, says that their buyers generally work, play and travel, and don’t want to spend a lot of time or money maintaining a
yard, or paying someone to do it. These 1,900-square-foot homes take up most of the space on the lot.
