The new residential/commercial project at Pico and Sepulveda will allow renters quick foot access to shopping and transportation hubs.
Developers expect that retail outlets would include a newsstand, coffee shop, restaurants and other convenience shops for residents living in or near the project, as well as commuters using the Expo Line or buses. There is also room for a 50,000-square-foot grocery store to be located approximately 12 feet below the grade of the transit plaza, on parking level P-2.
