Real Estate Super Bowl: Denver Loses to Seattle in Terms of Veteran Players

Much of the Denver area was developed during the Gold Rush of the late 1880s, but it has seen an increasing amount of new construction because of a recent surge in population. Although there are still a number of homes like this one built in 1900, an increasing amount of new construction in the outskirts has lead to slightly more new homes, and fewer "veterans," than what you'd find in Seattle.
