Guesthouse: Historic Rocky Farm in Newport, R.I.

Even older than the 1695 main house, the stone guesthouse dates all the way back to 1668 and originally served as a sheep barn. Once owned by Newport founder and Rhode Island Governor William Brenton, this is one of the city’s earliest homes.
