Jacksonville, Florida Friendship Fountain

When it was completed in 1965, Friendship Fountain in downtown Jacksonville was the world's largest and tallest fountain, with pumps that could push water 10 stories high. In 2011 the fountain underwent a $3 million restoration: Walkways and picnic areas were added around the fountain, and colorful lights were incorporated for an incredible show at night.
