Flappers Dancing on Ledge
Even by today's standards, this looks like wacky fun. Two Flappers, likely 1920s, dancing (is that the Charleston?) on a narrow ledge of a Chicago high-rise. An entirely new and thrilling idea electrified city dwellers: Climbing above. Dancing above. Death-defying stunts above.
