This Anglo-Caribbean-style cellar in Palm Beach is a salvager's dream creation. Made from 150-year-old bricks, the Plantation house has a stone floor from an Austrian building four centuries old. William I. Koch's 35,000-bottle-collection is revered as one of the most prestigious in the world (and he can instantaneously locate any bottle in this cavernous space via a computer database).
