Developed as a master-planned community in 1975, Cape Coral boasts more than 400 miles of salt
and freshwater canals, while nearby Fort Myers offers residents access

waterfront wonderland became popular with retirees when it was first
incorporated in 1970, but many young families and professionals have
since moved to the area.
