Located in the prestigious Mallet Hill section of Wellington, Bill Gates’ new home comes with four bedrooms, four full baths and 7,234 square feet of living space.

Located in the exclusive Mallet Hill section of Wellington, the four-bedroom home is one of only 13 homes in the subdivision. The sprawling estate is near the Equestrian Preserve, a 9,200-acre area with 60 miles of bridle paths designed especially for horses.

The Gates' teenage daughter, Jennifer, has competed in the Winter Equestrian Festival and the new property, complete with training grounds and horse barns, will provide the perfect place for her to train to become a world-class show-jumping rider.

Other famous faces in the neighborhood include New York City Mayor Michael Bloomberg and Frank McCourt, who recently sold the Los Angeles Dodgers for $2.1 billion, according to Gossip Extra
