Known for decades as the "Budweiser Estate" and named after the Busch family dynasty, this seven-bedroom home is located at 142 Palm Avenue. The home was built for beer magnate Clarence M. Busch.

The mansion retains much of its historic charm. It's been structurally updated, but features white awnings over the windows, reminiscent of its early days.

Wander into the whimsical dining room and you'll notice hand-painted scenes of springtime — bluebirds in flight and cherry blossoms blooming.

The nearly 10,000-square-foot home was originally listed for $12 million, but is now available for $8.9 million. Some of the mansion's features include a rose garden, deep-water dock, pool and cabana, guesthouse and huge covered veranda with views of downtown Miami.

The secluded home sits on a gated island and the guardhouse at the entrance is staffed by the Miami Beach Police Department. There's also an island park with a children's play area, tennis courts and basketball courts.
