Annie Leibovitz Re-Lists Greenwich Village Compound for $29.9 Million
The celeb photographer has been trying to sell her 10,200-square-foot property since December, when it was first listed for $33 million.
Annie Leibovitz is trying a new tack in her quest to offload her expansive West Village property. The celebrity photographer first listed the townhouse compound (as it's been called) with Brown Harris Stevens for $33 million last December. She reduced the price to $29 million in April then took it off the market completely. Just recently, though, she re-listed the home with Corcoran with an all-new price of $29.9 million.
The compound takes up 110 feet of frontage of Greenwich Street. Originally purchased as three separate townhouses, it includes a 40-foot townhouse and 20-foot guesthouse, for a total of seven bedrooms, 5.5 baths, two guest suites (in addition to the guesthouse) and 10,200 square feet of living space altogether. There is also a private gated garden.
