The weather forecast this weekend is warm and sunny, which means it’s perfect weather to hit up some open houses. If you’re on the hunt for a new home, or if you’re just curious to see what’s new on the market these days, here are four open houses that caught our eye.

157 Ludlow St., $2,870,000

Who doesn’t love an apartment filled with personality and color? There doesn’t seem to be a dull square foot in this two-bedroom penthouse condo on the Lower East Side. The living/dining area is lined with reflective walls, the kitchen boasts rainbow tiling and baby-blue cabinets, and the entire unit is decked out with distinctive lighting fixtures. Open house: Friday, June 14, 3:30 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.

27 West 67th St., $5,400,000

We’re intrigued by the living room, where the vaulted ceiling, stained-glass window, chandelier and wood details give a distinctly Tudor Revival yet modern vibe. The Upper West Side co-op offers three bedrooms, 2.5 baths, a large dining room and a cozy reading area that overlooks the aforementioned living room. Open house: Sunday, June 16, 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.

219 Withers St., $1,595,000

This Williamsburg penthouse duplex features no less than three outdoor spaces, including two roof decks with views of Manhattan. Floor-to-ceiling windows let plenty of light in, and the space includes three bedrooms and 2.5 baths. Private street parking is included. Open house: Friday, June 14, by appointment.

62 West 12th St., $11,250,000

We can imagine spending a lot of time in the living room of this 1839 Federal townhouse in the West Village: An 18-foot glass atrium floods the room with light, offering a sense of spaciousness every New Yorker craves. The four-story home includes four (potentially five) bedrooms. Other details worth noting: the kitchen banquette with steel table, bright lighting throughout, private garden and plenty of outdoor space to read, relax and repose. Open house: Sunday, June 16, 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
