Dan Uggla's Massive Condo on Market
The Atlanta Braves slugger has married and moved on, leaving his swinging bachelor pad behind. Check out the must-see photos and peek at where he's landed.
There’s been a lot of chatter about moving day for the Atlanta Braves since it was announced that the team would pull up stakes and move
to Cobb County for the 2017 season. The new stadium location is about 10 miles
north of Turner Field just outside the perimeter and just outside the Fulton
County line. A lot of the Braves’ players (and fans according to a season ticket
holder statistics) already live closer to the new location, so we aren’t
surprised to see that Dan Uggla’s Buckhead condo has hit the market.

It seems that the second baseman traded in his bachelor ways
and got married in December 2013. He and his lovely bride moved into the
Buckhead mansion of NBA baller Derek Anderson. To take a tour of that property,
check out this episode of MTV Cribs.
Uggla’s former bachelor pad is located in the Terminus building at the intersection of Piedmont and Peachtree. The three-bedroom, three-bath condo encompasses the entire top floor of the Terminus building and features the largest private, fat daddy terrace of any condo in the city. This makes for fabulous 360-degree views of the city and one heck of a tanning deck.
Inside, the tastefully decorated living space is immaculate. The 4,600-square-foot sprawl is bigger than most houses and boasts a gourmet kitchen with all the appropriate bells and whistles like a wet bar and wine cooler. It features a large eat-in island that opens up to a formal-ish dining area that is afforded those fabulous aforementioned views.
The adjacent living area is spacious and has a fireplace. There’s also a media room/home theater and a home office nook.
All the bedrooms are mini-suites with the master (of course) being the largest. It boasts a double-sided fireplace with a private sitting area, his and her closets and a giant bathroom with a sexy soaker tub and glass-enclosed shower.
Atlanta Braves slugger Dan Uggla was traded to the organization in 2011 from the Florida Marlins. They agreed to a five-year contract worth about $62 million. So, he is apparently able to afford both mortgages until someone takes this beauty off his hands. It is listed at $2.75 million with Atlanta Fine Homes/Sotheby's International Realty.
