Who Are the Best and Worst Celebrity Neighbors?
Zillow has released the results of its seventh annual Celebrity Neighbor Survey. See which stars Americans want to live near and which they'd rather not share a fence with.
Most Desirable Neighbor for 2014: Jimmy Fallon
Maybe his adorable baby girl or his high-rated Saturday Night Live episode gave him an edge. Whatever the case, 11 percent of U.S. adults polled said they’d live next door to the comedian and host of Late Night with Jimmy Fallon.
If you want to be Jimmy’s neighbor next year, it’s time to start house hunting in The Hamptons, specifically Sagaponack. In 2011, the future host of The Tonight Show purchased a 2.2-acre property in this charming village that previously served as a horse farm. Worst Neighbors of 2013: Kanye West and Kim Kardashian
Apparently, you’re not looking for more Kimye in your life. Twenty-five percent of adults surveyed said the A-list couple – who gave birth to daughter North West in June – were the most undesirable neighbors of 2013.
Only two percent said they would prefer to live next to Kanye and Kim, but if you happen to be in that demographic, you’ll want to start shopping for homes in Bel-Air. Earlier this year, the couple bought a Mediterranean-style mansion in the Los Angeles neighborhood with 9,000 square feet of living space. The couple is rumored to be renovating the place, so get some earplugs to block out construction noise. Take a tour of Kimye’s house below, and browse homes for sale in Bel-Air on Zillow.
