The Most Expensive Homes in the NBA
Chris Bosh takes first place, followed by Kobe Bryant. Oh, and Chris Bosh gets third place, too.
Do the Miami Heat win at everything? Heat players take four of the top five spots on HoopsHype.com's list of most expensive homes in the NBA. Check it out:
- #1: Chris Bosh (Florida) $12,333,000
- #2: Kobe Bryant (California) $9,450,000
- #3: Chris Bosh (California) $9,400,000
- #4: LeBron James (Florida) $9,000,000
- #5: Dwyane Wade (Florida) $8,900,000
Florida and California are the two most popular states for NBA home ownership. A total of 25 players own homes in Florida and 24 in California. Coming in a distant third, 15 ballers own homes in Texas.
Topping the list, Chris Bosh paid $12.5 million for his sprawling 12,000-square-foot home on North Bay Road in Miami Beach. That's nearly $3 million more than Kobe Bryant's California mansion (he has two).

Coming in at No. 6 is Kobe Bryant again. He's selling his Newport Coast Mediterranean-style home for $8.599 million. It has every amenity you can imagine, including a shark tank in the library. Take a tour of his California pad (sadly no photos of the shark tank).
