Rapper T.I. Rents Buckhead Mansion
The native Atlantan signed a lease for a fully furnished four-bedroom Mediterranean/Spanish-style home that has plenty of entertaining space, inside and out.
Word on the street is that rapper T.I. inked a deal to rent a large Buckhead home for $12,000 a month. The Mediterranean/Spanish-style home comes fully furnished and has plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces to entertain, which includes a bada## resort-style pool.
It sits on the edge of Buckhead in the Peachtree Battle neighborhood with easy access to I-75 to the east. It is also just a hip hoppity to the trendy Westside hood to the southwest. It is situated on a corner lot, which might assure the music mogul more privacy, and from what we can tell, the home across the street looks to be slated for demolition. Built in 2006, we have no doubt that a ranch-style home probably sat on T.I.’s lot as well.
The gourmet kitchen with its custom cabinetry and sleek appliances is one of the home’s best features. It has easy access to the pool area as well as a fireside keeping room with a vaulted ceiling and an oversized banquet dining room. The dining room features a large wet bar and a wall-mounted flat panel TV, as we’re sure T.I. watches plenty of cooking shows while dining. Actually, it’s probably for watching the Atlanta Braves, of which the native Atlantan is a huge fan.
All four bedrooms include luxurious en suite bathrooms. The rooms are large, bright and airy and are outfitted with custom draperies and blackout shades.
Our favorite part of the home, by far, is the groovy outdoor entertaining area next to the pool. It has a full kitchen with a dishwasher, private living room with a fireplace and a large dining area with seating for up to 20 people.
