Some of Hollywood's biggest stars – including Cameron Diaz, right – have enjoyed this indoor pool owned by media mogul Jeffrey Katzenberg, left.

For the past 30 years A-list stars have been descending upon Park City for the Sundance Film Festival. Way before Robert Redford and his gang of visionaries and filmmakers showed up, Park City was a working-class silver mining town. Land cost about a dollar an acre, whippersnappers. Well, a lot has changed and the landscape is now dotted with multi-million dollar homes belonging to or frequented by the Hollywood elite.

Take a look at this 14,000-square-foot estate belonging to DreamWorks Animation CEO and former chairman of The Walt Disney Studios Jeffrey Katzenberg. Listed at $20.5 million and located at the very top the gated neighborhood of Bald Eagle Club, the home has played host to countless stars including former President Bill Clinton, Tom Cruise, Cameron Diaz and many others with views that only someone of Katzenberg's stature could afford.

The house that the Mouse built has seven bedrooms, seven bathrooms and three half-baths. Every bedroom has its own walk-in closet and some have private balconies with views of C-listers, er, the bustling festival and ski resorts below. Even the caretaker gets his or her own separate quarters.

All of the exterior steps and porches are heated. No, you're not hearing things.

The cowboy-chic interior design is courtesy of the legendary Naomi Leff, whose past clients include Steven Spielberg, David Geffen, Barry Diller, Tom Cruise and Nicole Kidman and Mike Nichols and Diane Sawyer as well as the Ralph Lauren flagship store in the Rhinelander Mansion on Madison Avenue. The interior decorations, art and other accouterments are included if you decide to pony up for the home. The video tour is a must-see.

The home also has a game room, a separate billiard room, an indoor pool, a steam room and a hot tub with mountain views. And just out the back door is your very own private ski run with an adjacent ski lounge complete with ski boot cubbies and gear storage area. The lounge has a (very) informal business center for checking email, but more importantly, a bar where guests can enjoy hot toddies by the fire after a long day of skiing.
