Own a Luxe L.A. Mansion Favored by Adam Levine, Blake Shelton and Other Stars
In addition to the two judges on 'The Voice,' fellow celebrity judges Heidi Klum and RuPaul have also been drawn to Villa Fiona in the Hollywood Hills. See what makes it so special.
Blake Shelton and Miranda Lambert stayed in the glittering Hollywood Hills estate known as Villa Fiona for 18 months. Adam Levine has hosted Halloween parties there twice. RuPaul has spent a couple of months in residence, and Heidi Klum and the entire cast of Germany’s Next Topmodel stayed for an entire season. Oh, and Geri Halliwell (Ginger Spice) also spent several months there, with her bodyguard also living on the premises. If you have a spare $8.395 million, you can live there too.

It’s a relative bargain for a house of its size, location and reputation. Located in Outpost Estates, right above the thriving areas of Hollywood and Sunset Boulevards, it’s what’s known as “Studio friendly,” not to mention party friendly. The design of the villa is an entertainer’s dream, with almost every room accessing an outdoor patio or balcony. All about impressing guests, Villa Fiona is full of custom-made fixtures with a variety of materials imported from Italy.
But perhaps the home’s most outstanding feature – the one that draws in so many celebrities – is the work done by Florentine painter and restorer Antonio D’Atellis, who also worked on the Vatican. Once construction was completed, D’Atellis and three of his assistants stayed there for six months, using the entire property as a blank canvas. He was free to paint the house depending on how he was inspired that day.
The eye-popping mansion has 9,000 square feet of living space, with five bedrooms – all with en suite bathrooms – and a total of seven baths. The master suite includes a fireplace, a large soak tub and his-and-hers bathrooms with huge walk-in closets. The property also features more than 2,000 square feet of outdoor patios and terraces.
In addition, there’s a posh screening room, and an elaborate pool area with an outdoor kitchen, bar and barbecue area. The lot measures a little over a half of a terraced acre, and there are sweeping canyon and Hollywood views.
Villa Fiona just came on the market in February, for the first time since 1999, when the current owners paid only $30,000 for the property, according to public records. It will be interesting to see who snaps it up now. It’s being represented by celebrity real estate broker Joe Babajian. Find more details on his website, JoeBabajian.com.
