Louis Vuitton CEO Michael Burke spent $11.7 million on a prime parcel of waterfront property on exclusive Allison Island. The 8.5 acre Miami Beach island is located in beautiful Biscayne Bay and close to all the action in South Beach. The original 1960s home has been demolished to make way for a brand new mansion designed by Z.W. Jarosz Architects. The waterfront land at 6596 Allison Road is a perfect square, features 200 feet of water frontage and, of course, incredible views
