Kourtney Kardashian Lists Her Designer Luxury Home
Kourtney and Scott Disick more than doubled their home's value with the help of a celebrity designer.
It looks like the Kardashian sisters are trying to keep up with each other again – at least where real estate is concerned. First Khloe Kardashian and soon-to-be ex-husband Lamar Odom listed their Tarzana home for $5.499 million, and now Kourtney Kardashian and Scott Disick have put their Calabasas home on the market for $3.499 million.
Although Kourtney’s house is smaller and less expensive than her sister's, most people find it far more stylish, thanks to the efforts of top interior designer Jeff Andrews. Using a black-and-white theme with distinctive pops of color throughout definitely makes a chic statement.
Kourtney’s house, an East Coast traditional, was built in 2004. She and Disick bought it for $1.7 million in 2010, according to public records. They feel rising real estate prices, plus the celebrity designer touch, more than double the home’s value.

It measures 5,400 square feet, and has four bedrooms and five baths, an open floor plan and vaulted ceilings throughout. The gourmet kitchen has state-of-the-art appliances, including four dishwashers and the built-in cappuccino maker that is the “must-have” appliance for luxury homes these days. The master suite includes a private sitting area, balcony, two walk-in closets and a spacious, spa-like, marble bath.
Rumor has it that the family, which includes two young children, has outgrown the Calabasas home, and could possibly be circling in on the 11,746-square-foot home of former NFL star Keyshawn Johnson, also located in Calabasas. It was listed for $8.5 million, but was pulled from the market in December. Perhaps Kourtney’s family is planning to check it out for awhile, on a lease-to-own basis.
