TV personality Kelly Osbourne has listed her stylish Hollywood home for $1.349 million.

E! Fashion Police co-host Kelly Osbourne is moving out and moving on. After a recent split from her fiance, Matthew Mosshart, she is making room for changes by putting her West Hollywood home on the market.

The one-bedroom, two-bath house was built in 1952 and designed by Robert Byrd. With the home listed at $1.349 million, Osbourne is looking to make a profit after buying the house in 2009 for $1.195 million, and rightly so. The home still retains its original charm, but now features professional-grade appliances, a private garden area and all-white interior. Large windows surrounding the house keep the California sunshine streaming in from all angles. A two-way fireplace and vaulted ceilings ensure the space retains its architectural splendor.

The home's blend of modern design and vintage glamour fit Osbourne's style to absolute perfection, surely fending off criticism from Fashion Police's toughest critic, Joan Rivers. Perhaps the spectacular views from the breakfast nook or bedroom are what keep Osbourne's unique style constantly inspired. Much like her own style, the house has a touch of elegance with multiple crystal chandeliers throughout. Bright pops of color accent the all-white space, but it seems Osbourne has reserved the color purple for her own personal pop of color.
