Katy Perry Lists Mediterranean-Style Estate in L.A.
"California Gurl" Katy Perry is selling yet another one of her California homes. In 2011, Perry and her then-husband – eccentric comedian Russell Brand – sold their classically inspired contemporary home in the Los Feliz neighborhood of Los Angeles. Next up: a Mediterranean-style mansion in the Hollywood Hills.

The former quirky couple reportedly purchased the home – known as Park Hill – for $6.5 million in June 2011 but never actually lived there. After shopping the property around off the market for several months, the colorful pop star officially listed the it for $6.925 million earlier this month.
A double gate surrounds the three-acre estate, which lies close to the legendary Chateau Marmont hotel and the Frank Lloyd Wright-designed Storer House. Inside, the Mediterranean-style home is full of opulent details and offers sweeping views of the city below. Other highlights of the property include a lagoon-style pool and two guesthouses.
