What's behind the huge price increase? According to The Real Estalker, the "Livin' on a Prayer" singer made several significant renovations to the home, including converting one of the home's two master suites into a media room. The penthouse is also offered fully furnished with all audio/visual equipment included.
An elevator opens to the lower-level foyer, which leads into a spacious great room with a wood-burning fireplace, a dining area and a chef's kitchen. This floor also contains a master bedroom suite with a dressing room and marble fireplace, plus four additional bedrooms. Upstairs – also accessible by elevator – there's a living room, a second kitchen, a home office and the aforementioned media room.
But the apartment's best feature of all might just be the surrounding urban scenery, accentuated by nearly floor-to-ceiling windows in every room. The home also comes with three terraces: one equipped for entertaining, the others designed with a "Zen quality," according to the listing.
