Addison Mizner, the architectural godfather of Palm Beach, built the Moorish-style mansion in 1921 for himself and named it Concha Marina. Then in 1922, New York broker George Sloane and his wife, Detroit auto heiress Isabel Dodge Sloane, bought the nine-bedroom house. The mansion has undergone expansions and renovations over the years by notable architects, including Maurice Fatio. To protect its exterior walls from significant alternation, the home was awarded landmark status in 1998. Besides having a prime oceanfront location, the home also has underground tunnels to the beach. Located at 102 Jungle Road, real estate broker Lawrence Moens with Fanjul Real Estate has the listing.
