Ivan Lendl Lists 450-Acre Connecticut Estate for $19.75 Million

The retired tennis pro is selling his 25,000-square-foot manor, which comes with two pools, 10 bedrooms and endlessly charming grounds.

Photo by: Zillow Ivan Lendl reportedly built his 25,000-square-foot manor in the early 1990s after purchasing the 450-acre property several years prior. He is now selling the Connecticut manor for $19.75 million.

Tennis legend Ivan Lendl has listed his enormous Connecticut estate for $19,750,000. The 25,000-square-foot mansion, located in Goshen, has 10 bedrooms, 12 full baths and comes with an impressive list of outbuildings and amenities. We especially love the long tree-lined driveway, which takes you past picturesque pastures and meadows — all part of the sprawling 450-acre estate.

Starting on the outside, you'll find a pool, tennis court (of course), guest house, pond, carriage house, caretaker house, barn, pastures, kennel and manicured gardens reminiscent of French chateaux. Inside, you'll find another pool, racquetball court, elevator, well-stocked gym, kitchen with a walk-in freezer and a stately library — or, if you're a tennis champ, a trophy room.

According to Real Estalker, Lendl bought the property in the late 1980s for $4.2 million then built the house several years later. He tried to sell it back in 2008 for $25 million.
