Here's Your Exclusive Access to the 2014 Emmy Celebrity Gift Suites

We take you inside the luxury gifting suites and show you how you and your family can get the star treatment at home.

The annual Emmy Awards are often considered “TV’s Biggest Night,” but it’s always preceded by a few big days in which celebrity gifting suites send invites to the folks who make all our favorite shows happen. The goal is to introduce the stars to some great new products and bring public awareness to important charitable foundations.

This year, TV stars en masse supported causes like the Humane Society, The Shelter Pet Project, the GO Campaign for children, The Environmental Media Association, Cops 4 Causes, Mutt Match LA, Lupus LA, the Elysia Skye Breast Cancer Organization and KTTV’s Wednesday’s Child. And you thought they were all about free bling.

The gates to these wondrous suites were opened to HGTV FrontDoor.com, so we could fill you in on the hottest home trends that the stars are now enjoying, and show you how to get some of these fabulous items for yourself. You’ll be surprised at how accessible they are, and by how many of them had humble beginnings in living rooms just like yours.

We thought we’d fill you in room by room. Who knows? you might be using the same products that stars like Jon Hamm, Amy Poehler, Jimmy Fallon, Melissa McCarthy and Jon Voight now know and love.

For the Bedroom: Ellen Burstyn, Emmy nominated for Flowers in the Attic, and others couldn’t resist stretching out on the giant Maxim Mattress in the GBK Gift Lounge. Celebs were sent luxurious queen mattresses and/or $1,000 gift certificates.

Maxim gave celebs luxurious queen mattresses and/or $1,000 gift certificates towards its luxury line.

For the Bathroom: Alicia Witt ( Justified) and other stars are always looking for ways to improve their skin, especially since the advent of HD. So they're thrilled to be introduced to the Soniclear from Michael Todd True Organics. It’s “the world’s first antimicrobial skin cleansing system,” and differs from the prominent competition in that it’s less expensive, comes in great colors and doesn’t get funky after a while. Also, Philips and Beverly Hills dentist Dr. Sam Saleh of the Ora Dentistry Spa showed how we can all have smiles as bright as anyone’s in Hollywood, with the Sonicare AirFloss and the Zoom Whitening Pen.

For the Laundry Room: Hollywood wardrobe specialist Yasmeen Mustaklim saw a lot of waste in the cellophane bags they used on movie sets, so she created handy re-usable ones for the home. the Dry Clean Green Bag is a great receptacle for soiled dry-cleanables; then you just carry it to the dry cleaners, who return your clean clothes in the same bag. Celebrities with kids and pets went crazy over these, because they know how dangerous it can be to have plastic dry-cleaning bags around the house.

They're actually mini cupcakes, made of chocolate, frosting, cake and other sweets. It's a fun novelty nosh to nibble at posh parties.

For the Pantry: Fun new food and drink that you might not run into elsewhere are among celebrity favorites. There was the unique “ Cupcake Sushi,” which looks exactly like regular sushi, only made of chocolate, frosting, cake and other sweets. They also tried “ Toffee Talk,” a delicious English toffee that doesn’t stick to your teeth, made and marketed by a pair of cousins who wanted to do a second career act in their 50s. And the new Honest Tea was just the organic thing for a hot summer day — Breaking Bad’s R.J. Mitte was especially fond of that.

For the Mudroom: Many celebs, like the rest of us, keep their pet supplies in the mudroom. Companies like Pet Head proved there are just as many grooming products for pets as for people, with exotic items like doggie fragrance, dry shampoo, dog nail polish, about 10 different kinds of shampoo and conditioner and the new “Brush Your Teeth Wipes.” But there was another product so useful in keeping the house clean for anyone with a male dog, we couldn’t resist mentioning it. It’s called “ Wiki Wags,” which are “disposable male dog wraps that are basically doggy diapers to keep your four-legged boys from marking their territory." You can get special, blingy, custom covers made so your pup feels like he’s styling.

For the Whole House: Our absolute favorite piece of furniture was the Whill, a “next-gen personal mobility device,” particularly enjoyed by the Sundance Channel’s Push Girls Tiphany Adams and Angela Rockwood. These battery-powered "wheel chairs" are compact and unassuming, yet powerful enough to easily navigate any surface. Stars like Angela Bassett, Emmy nominated for American Horror Story, and myriad others were also intrigued by the items from The Artisan Group, a clever company that carefully curates a collection of handcrafted jewelry, spa and bath products, fine art photography, stationary and more, presenting them to the celebrity community and placing them in television shows like The Vampire Diaries, Parenthood and Scandal. We could also see whimsical cushions from French designer Teo Jasmin in just about any room of the house. The throw pillows have bright graphic prints of an adorable French bulldog puppy in various themed costumes.

It comes with a personal butler, spa services, dining and more.

For the Home Away From Home: Luxury vacations are among the celebs’ favorite gifts, and we like to know who we might run into when planning our own vacations. TV A-Listers like Lena Dunham, Jeff Daniels, Jon Hamm, Kristen Wiig, Mark Ruffalo, Paul Giamatti, Jimmy Fallon, Robin Wright, Anthony Bourdain, Melissa McCarthy, Jessica Lange, Amy Poehler and Jeff Bridges were gifted exotic vacations at luxury resorts like the Alila Villas in Indonesia, the ITC Hotel Maurya in New Delhi, The Mulia Resort & Villas in Bali, and the Copa De Arbol Beach and Rainforest Resort in Costa Rica. Closer to home, they’ll be vacationing at The Little Nell in Aspen, the Brewery Gulch Inn in Mendocino and the Riviera Resort & Spa in Palm Springs.

And if you decide to vacation in one of these exotic destinations, you'll fit right in with celebrities like Jon Voight, if you carry your things in this year’s luggage of the stars, Travelers Choice.
