Raffle tickets cost $150, and in addition to the house, you could win one of about 1,600 prizes, including cars, trips and electronics. Visit socalraffle.com to find out how to buy a ticket.

They just keep getting bigger and better. This year’s Dream House, benefitting the Special Olympics Southern California, sits on a 16-acre lot and includes a vineyard, wine cave, tennis and basketball courts, putting green, horse corral ... the list goes on and on, with the entire estate being assessed at $4.6 million.

Located in Calabasas, where your neighbors would be celebs like Justin Bieber, J-Lo, LeAnn Rimes and sundry Kardashians, this estate could easily top theirs. You'll have about 9,000 square feet of living space, with a main house that contains four bedrooms and five baths, including a ground-floor master retreat with dual walk-in closets, a spacious bath and a separate sitting area with a cozy fireplace. The gourmet kitchen has stainless steel appliances, a large center island and custom granite counters.

But it’s the grounds that really blow you away. In addition to the corrals, basketball and tennis courts, putting green and vineyard, there’s a seasonal stream, Koi pond, an infinity pool with waterfall and grotto, and landscaped, winding trails around the with mountain views around the entire property. And don't forget the two gazebos, a BBQ area with an outdoor pizza oven, kitchen and fireplace, a separate guesthouse and a casita.

Raffle tickets cost $150, and in addition to the house, you could win one of about 1,600 prizes, including cars, trips and electronics. The Grand Prize Winner can choose either the $4.6 million estate or a $3 million in cash. The odds of winning a prize are 1 in 50, because a limited number of tickets will be sold. The Grand Prize drawing will be held on April 25, 2014, with Early Bird drawings for the other prizes happening along the way.

This is the fifth time the event has been held in the L.A. area, to beneifit Special Olympics Southern California, a nonprofit organization that empowers individuals with intellectual disabilities to become physically fit, productive and respected members of society through sports training and competition. Find out more about the organization and the raffle at socalraffle.com.
