Known as the “Crown Jewel of Los Lagos,” a sumptuous 2.5-acre California estate once owned by the actor is back on the market for $12 million.
Owned by actor Eddie Murphy from 1998 to 2007, this California mountainside compound is back on the market: Its current owner, real estate investor Patrick K. Willis, has listed the property for a whopping $12 million. The sprawling 10-bedroom compound in the posh Los Lagos community in Granite Bay sits on 2.5 acres overlooking the Sierra Nevada foothills and the Sacramento skyline. Murphy shared the home with his ex-wife, Nicole Mitchell.

The property, which is being sold with furnishings, includes two lots. There is a 12,600-square-foot main residence as well as a 5,200-square-foot guesthouse. The compound includes a private gym, tennis courts, a pinball arcade, billiards room, a rotunda-style living room with sweeping staircases and a stunning back patio and pool area with a hot tub and infinity pool with mountain views. One of the more unique features of the home is a rare Schimmel Pegasus piano, which sits in its own marbled and columned music room.
