Horse racing fans will be donning their elaborate hats and
sipping on mint juleps tomorrow for the 139th running of the Kentucky Derby,
held each year at the Churchhill Downs racetrack in Louisville. With this storied

Known as Rosemont Farm, this picturesque property is fully stocked with top-notch equestrian facilities: double-fenced paddocks, a European-style walker and the multitude of stalls – 74 in all – spread across five barns. Sounds like a great place to raise a future Triple Crown winner, right?
Even if you're not the equestrian type, you can still appreciate the property's circa 1830 mansion. Expertly restored, the antique residence boasts exquisitely detailed millwork, original ash floors and finely crafted wainscoting. The living room, with its lovely built-in shelves and elegant fireplace, has to be our favorite room in the house, though the handsome wood-paneled office is a close second.
