Condo Owners at Ritz-Carlton Residences in Miami Beach Get Use of a Yacht
You've heard of high-end condos that offer owners the use of the house car. But what about a house yacht? The Ritz-Carlton is upping the ante in the luxury condo market.
With the condo market on fire in Miami, it's no surprise that a brand like Ritz-Carlton is pulling out all the stops. Lionheart Capital recently celebrated the grand opening of the sales gallery for The Ritz-Carlton Residences in Miami Beach with a VIP preview party. The highlight of the event? A 44' Riva Rivarama Super Watercraft. Oh, you know, it's just a yacht that residents get to take for a whirl whenever they want – one of the benefits of ownership.
